Lightbulb UPDATED PICS!! Installed Flowmaster Super 44 SIDE EXIT Exhaust...

This new truck has me addicted to buying fun additions. After a TON of research, I ordered the Flowmaster Super 44 3"in/2.5"dual out muffler from a local shop. It will be here tomorrow.
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/FLO-9430452/

Gonna have the shop install a DUAL side exit on the passenger side with angled tips. Kinda like the LIGHTNING style.

I originally wanted to do a true dual setup out the back, but under the reg cab short bed there is really no way to easily do it, plus the side exit grew on me. I think it should look and hopefully sound pretty tough!

Anyways, the F150 goes in for surgery at 10AM tomorrow. I'll keep you guys posted!! Pics and Video clips to come

UPDATED WITH PICS!!

Sound clips coming this week!! Stay tuned!!

Thumbs up

Yo Nadz, sounds like a good decision. Looking forward to seeing the pics and video...and anxious to see what you think about cab noise.

And, I know what you mean about buying additions...my wife isn't too thrilled about it all though.

I don't think the cab noise will bother me too much. Ive always had cars with ridiculous loud exhaust. I am definitely gonna get a little more than usual with the side exit. Who cares though, the OEM stereo in the truck is HORRID!

I'll definitely be waiting on those pics. Will your setup
work on the 2v 4.6?

i just took the roush system off my truck last night and put on a 3" straight pipe with side exit. definitely has the sound to it now. and its crazy that at highway speeds with the windows up there is no cab noise.
