Default Info needed about lifting.

Hi!

I just bought a 2013 F150 Supercrew. It has the 5.0L and a 5 1/2ft box and 4wd. I would like to lift it 4in and fit 35's underneath it. My main questions are:

-Do I need to re-gear it. I'm unsure of the gears in right now or where to check.
-Will it damage the transmission or drivetrain
-Who can install this for a decent price. I spend most my time in Michigan but a lot in Texas so either place is good or close to there.
-Is the Rancho kit good?
-Can I use 18x8 rims with 35x12.50 tires
-Any other advice or comments or insight that would help this is my first lift

Depends on your gearing, it is written on the door sticker
Shouldn't damage anything if geared correctly
Can't help as I'm in Canada
I'm using the rough country 4inch lift
I'm running 35's on stock 20's nitto trail grapplers
Most people who get bigger tires also end up getting a tuner to regain lost power and also to set the tire size, I wouldn't go with 35's without at least a 3.73 gearing,

You can still lift and get 35's but it will feel sluggish, tune to regain power

I have 34s with a 3.55 gear I wish I had 4.10s but it does good.. if you look at a hill on the hiway it shift to 5th and cruises right up it. I pulled a trailer last night about 9000 lbs and it did it with no problems but I wouldn't recommend doing that all the time with that set go! Lol

Question 2013 F150 xlt RWD

Was wondering if anyone has a pic of a 2013 f150 supercrew xlt with a 4inch lift running 35s. I’m looking into a build this year but I want it to look great. Was thinking about doing a 6inch lift with 37s but I read that 37s on an 18inch by 7.5 rim isn’t a good idea. I want to keep my stock 18inch wheels just with a bigger tire. So I guess my question would be what’s the biggest tire size I can run on an 18by7.5 stock rim with a 4inch lift. I don’t want to have to trim anything. This is my truck currently no lift or level. Running 275/70/18

34-35" tire on stock wheels is common.
I run a ~34" on a 2.5" level.

If in Texas. Four Wheel Parts, has always ALWAYS, been my life saver for lift issues and question. Just from experience, started doing lifts on Jeep and other friends trucks in high school through college. Doing it myself was fun and a great learning experience. Plus, great times with the boys. When it came to issues after install. Death, wobble, noises, everything. Four Wheel Parts, always had the answers and fixed it. It became so common, the staff just started asking why not just take it to them in the first place. The cost of doing everything ourselve plus the cost of them doing all adjustments and fixes. Was always the same if they just did it themselves. FYI. One of those things where we just were young and had more time on our hands.
