If you need JUST that piece, a salvage yard would be your best point-of-reference.

Heres the diagram, that piece is not part of the panel and isnt listed.

I'd love to find a salvage yard around here any 09's and up, so far no luck.

Those are just the little rubber mats for the part that I need. Tasca seems to include the part I want with the panel that Ive already got, so maybe it isnt sold separately. which is odd because it bolts on.

gmbracing already mentioned that. the whole console is sold as one. it's not broken up in pieces.

some have tried to just get the cup holder "ring" the convert it for the ambient LED like the Limited (maybe other models) F150's have. they've found it's not sold separately, it's sold as a whole.

Something's not right to me (but it's probably just me not seeing things correctly). In the actual picture w/ the red circle calling out the parts that Ekusa is asking about, it looks like the smaller piece is the "coin tray" type thing, but then the remainder of the assembly SHOULD be the whole rest of that front end ... not just that side piece. In fact, in my mind, it seems like that thing would be one large piece.

Look at this pic ...

Now, from what I can tell, this is what the top-side of the console would look like according to that first pic ...

I can only assume that the OP is looking to replace his "smaller" setup with the "one-piece" bigger cubby w/ the integrated coin tray thing?

correct, I bought a used raptor console and It didnt come with the switches so I just have a hole where the coin case is. I have no uses for the switch and as stated in earlier posts, it appears if though the part I need is separate however sold as one piece. so damn...
