since you said it would unbolt, go to a salvage and see what they will do for you. You might be able to pick the whole thing up cheaper than having them get that one part you need. Then you hhave a spare.

I think its part of the front panel.

H-60 Electrician ... I think that part in green is the rubber "bottom" or "pad" that goes IN the tray. It appears that the tray itself is part of the console.

Salvage Yard is looking like the OP's place to go to find it ...

Everything with the yellow box is sold as one piece, the base part # of 045A76 is what they want.
