Icon kit and add-a-leaf
Alright, I think I am due for a new suspension.
Anyone done a setup with the Icon's with an add-a-leaf? I've been looking, but I can't find which size rear block is needed to achieve level (if any is needed). Anyone running anything like this?
Even if you are running Icons with no add-a-leaf, which size block are you running? I might be able to figure this out with just that info. Thanks!

Based on reading most of the posts related to level mods, most are able to attain level without adding a block or leaf. Those that do add a leaf or larger block either want to go max height setting on the front which may be too high for level, or want to keep a rake because the rear squats when they tow/ haul and don't want to ride 'nose up'. I personally was in the latter category. I installed Bilstein 5100s set one step below max height on my previous '11 FX4. This was just about level because I had a topper on the back. However, I eventually did add a leaf because I started towing quite a bit and the rear squatted too much, which is a potential steering safety issue.

As Driftboater said, an add a leaf will take you back to nearly factory stance when you add a level kit. (Rear will be about 1.5-2" higher than front). If you want it level, but still want an add a leaf. You could always remove the 1.25" factory rear block and just install the add a leaf. This will get you nearly level with maybe the rear higher than the front by .25-.5"
I am running the icon stage 2 kit and have been for the last few years and 80,000 miles. I ran stock rear for a little while with them set at about 2.5" in the front but it sagged to much towing. I added an add a leaf which helped greatly but it was to nose down(roughly 1.75") so I raised the front. I didn't like the feel of the struts set that high. I ended up keeping the add a leaf and pulled the stock blocks. I have the fronts adjusted to a little less than a half inch high in the front. Unless I really load the bed or pull something nose heavy it doesn't squat much at all. For that I bought a set of timbren extended bump stops which work great. Here in a little bit I'll be replacing my leafs with the 3+1 vs 2+1 and put the block back in(truck has over 180,000 miles and has been USED). Hope this helps.
