That is a fair price on the truck. You could probably get a few hundred more off-but that is a marginal profit on the deal. Around 10K off right now depending on the trucks msrp is close to a true $0 net deal. There are 4500 rebates (I am fairly positive without a trade, $1000 more trade assistance if you are trading) and about 4000 markup and about 1800 hold back (which is reimbursements for flooring, marketing, etc). So if you are trading your could probably get around $1000 more off but keep in mind each area of the country has slightly different programs and incentives. Good luck on your transaction.

Yeah. I have had 4x4's before and really not gotten much use from them. A FX4, with no other options aside from getting the 4x4 and a 3.73 elocker would be a 4k step up from where I am now. Plus, I'd be going from Sterling Grey to red, which I'm not too hot on.

They have a 2013 FX4 with the same options, except it has nav and the hids and of course, 4x4. Would be a, net to me, 5-6k differential. Is the 2013 upgrade worth that? I'm marginally concerned about the ecoboost reliability, and it seems like the 13 has a lot of "fixes."

Go with the 2013, theres only maybe 2000.00 difference after rebates and discounts between the 2......

I just purchased a 2013 FX4 Loaded Apperance Package, Max Tow, Nav, Moon etc.

Sticker was 52,705.00

Purchased after discounts and rebates for

$42800.00.....

Do it, I just did I got mine with 4K rebates, but could have gotten 5K if I had gone through Ford Motor Credit. 1K wasn't enough savings for me to come back and refi after 90 days and it is 6.5% for the first 90 days.

Just did the math and 2012 FX2 versus 2013 FX2 from dealer is $3800 differential. 2013 has nav screen and moon roof.
