So, how much boost does the 3.5 TT motor see anyway?

 

I've seen my gauge hit 18.9# with a 5star tune. Probably a little less with the stock tune.

 

10-12psig stock.

I've seen 15-16 psi max boost at the top of each gear, but it drops down to 10-12 psi just before it upshifts to the next gear.

 

Depends on the octane. I have data logged stock tune 87 octane and peaked at about 168 kpa atmospheric and on stock 91 it peaked at 181kpa atmospheric.

That didn't include the spike, that was highest steady boost during the pulls in 5th with 4x4 on started at 50kph ending at 120kph. Tried to simulate a large load.

 

mines bone stock and shows 15psi, but it doesn't stay there long at all, mine drops to 8psi when it goes to shift.
