It really surprises me that the Range Rover was able to get the best of the Raptor on that first pull. They do seem to be very evenly matched, and the first one to start moving wins......still, perhaps even MORE stupid to do that to your $100K Rover!

And the fact that RR has street tires... on the street...
I wouldn't doubt it would win almost every time.

Put them in the dirt and see what happens...
This is apples to oranges and idiotic at best.

It would actually be pretty funny to watch in the dirt. The Raptor would have it's way with the RR dragging it all over the place.

Wow look at the trust fund babies play in the parking lot. Only would have been funnier if they both broke!

I don't know about that, RR are pretty stout and are tested in crazy offroad extremes, way more extreme than the raptor.

It all comes down to tires so street tires to Ats offroad the raptor may pull him.

The Raptor tires are pretty street to but what killed him was the soft suspension which you can see hopping. If its hopping its not getting traction.

It surprises you? That raptor is based of a 20k vehicle while the range rover starts at something like 70k. The ranger rover is deigned to crawl over anything and never loose traction, it has something like 7 off road functions.

In these pulls you need computer power to control all 4 wheels, the range rover would "win" 8/10 times.

As much as you guys like to think that the f150 is the ultimate vehicle on the road in all aspects, its not.
