How "good" would a RCSB be off road?

Customizable??? Anything is possible for the price. The jeep is a much better platform to start with for an offroad rig. The solid front axle is done. What's the cost to do a solid front axle swap on a newer f150? Not to mention the electronic steering and ifs won't handle the same abuse or have nearly the same amount of articulation as a solid axle. For a trail rig, not fire roads or sand, but tight and technical trail with lots of rock, mud, and hill climbs, I could build a jeep that will do twice what the raptor will for half the price.
The rubicon is 2.5 hours away from me. I have never seen a f150 in there. I'm sure it's been done, but it was no off the shelf kit on 35"s.
Oh, and looks and fun are subjective. I think jeeps are much more fun than my 2012 fx4 supercrew. If I pull my jeep out and drive it on a nice day, there is nothing like driving around with a safari top and no doors. The jeep community is extremely friendly. I can hardly drive mine anywhere without a fellow jeeper starting a conversation.

Either one you'll have fun with but what most people consider offroading and would use it for the f150 would excel which is why i recommended it.

Your right, if you want to rock climb and do extreme offroading a Jeep will do more in the end, but for 90% of offroading the f150 would do just fine if not better. If you want a trailer diva with one purpose only get a Jeep, of you want a vehicle that gets driven more than just Saturdays go f150.

Again i said the vast majority of offroading, not the 5% of trails the f150 is to big for. As for trailer diva, yeah that's how most Jeeps end up

Do you happen to drive a prius or something? That's how "most" jeeps end up? Hey, the Toyota forum called, They want you back.

F150 will outperform my jeep.

There's no comparison between a Jeep and an F-150. I would never own a wrangler as a daily, but they are better for the trails and arguably just as comfy on the road. I like the f150 better as a vehicle to live with everyday but no question, a jeep would kick an f150's *** on the trails, bar none.
The jeep community is so friendly because there's no competition to a wrangler, so they have nothing else to criticize except each other's Jeeps, lol.

I think having the SCrew as the daily and the wrangler as the weekend will be a perfect combo.

Ended up ordering a 2013 Wrangler. I tried not to laugh as i drove past the rows of pos RAM's in the F150.
