Hot on Passenger Side
I have a 2010 F150 Lariat with Dual Climate controls. The passenger side blows hot air and driver side will blow a/c. I have replaced the blend door actuator behind the radio for passenger side twice. I thought I might have got a bad one. This is the what I have done and the way I did it . This is on the 2nd 1 , I removed the fuse #15, before installing the 2nd 1, not going thru radio removal and all any one that has done it knows the how to. Checked the blend door to make sure it wasn't broke or stuck, it moved back and forth. Installed the new one, plugged it up, put in fuse, plugged up Climate control it blew cold air till I changed the temperature now its blowing hot air again. I plugged in the actuator that i took out and it turns back and forth with the controls so wasn't anything wrong with that one. I am using oem parts from the Ford place.I hope someone has an idea to fix this
Have you calibrated the actuator door?
Have you checked your temperature units (the ones that get the cabin air temp) to make sure they are working right?
This sounds like a similar issues only reversed.

I also didn't read all of these but there were quite a few similar

EDIT* It sounds by this thread that there are two actuators.
