Ya my new garage opener requires a repeater for the car2u. Forget that. They are 50 bucks and you gotta keep the main box plugged in near you opener with a wire hanging off of it.

Gonna put the homelink module in the visor. Ford switched back and forth for some dumb reason. They should have just stayed with Homelink.

I thought about doing the whole Homelink visor thing on my 2013 STX but after looking on Home Depot's site I found a 3 opener keychain remote. It was better money spent in my opinion and much easier mod. This could possibly be included in the mods for less than $50.

For $35 you have a remote on your keychain that is just as easy to get to when opening your garage door in the truck. I can also open the garage door with my keychain remote before I walk out the door of my house when leaving in the morning (the door is already all the way up when I walk out instead of having to wait on it) and if I am riding with a friend I can open my door before getting out of their vehicle.
