There are an endless amount of threads (and opinions) about this subject. I suggest you google it and follow the links on this sight to what you want. I've asked a couple times and gotten my head bit off for "starting another damn HID thread"

^^Agreed...all the guys that think "retro-fit or nothing" will be posting on here soon. But to help your situation i bought my 8000k Bixenon headlight and 8000k foglight kits from www.ztechid.com. Their kits are very affordable and not cheaply made either. Easy to install and i have never had any problems with blinding on coming traffic. They don't need to be in a projector housing either, the stock housing is perfectly fine for these lights.

If anything I would go with 5k-6k also depends on who makes them. The higher you go the less effective the brightness will be. It might look good for appearance but having blue or purple is fugly IMO. Pure white is the best and that is genrally 5000K also you might want to look at others who know more on the forum but 35W is better bc 55W might melt your headlight housing. Most of the time if you are trying to get projectors they won't work with them because of the HID length which is longer sometimes

Looks nice. I'm going to check out that website. I've had bad experiences on ebay. Don't ever by Xentec's and Phillips is the best bc of the lifetime warranty.

There are a lot of people on this forum that have great things to say about retro-solutions.com
