I have a 2012 F150 screw 4x4 that I installed bilstein 5100 shocks on and they are set on the setting that gave me 3/4" lift in front. I would like to put about a 33" tire on it with aftermarket 18" x9" wheels. What size tires would fit and what offset would I need on the wheels to have no rubbing? Thanks for help.

You would want to find a positive offset wheel most likely. What width tire are you wanting to run? When it comes to rubbing, the width and height both play into that.
My 305/55's (33.4" or so) with a 20x9 wheel and 0 offset had to have some light trimming done. If you go with a thinner tire, 285 or so probably, and do a less aggressive offset, you shouldn't have to trim much of anything, if at all.
You'll want a +18 offset to avoid the skateboard effect. With only 3/4" lift you'll be limited to something like a 275/70-18 or 285/65-18(which look too small imo). If you went 17's, a 285/70-17 looks good.
So you think I can run a 18x9 wheel with +18 offset and 275 70 18 tires with my 3/4" lift in the front and not have any rubbing? Anyone have pics of this setup. Thanks.
well not sure if this helps you or not but I ran 18x9 +25 offset Rims on 295/70r18 on a 2" level, 3" block and I had Gatorback flaps on all 4 corners and had no rubbing or trimming issues
