Question Help Programming 6 button Remote start Fob

Hi all,
I have a 2010 F150.
I had the two-way remote start system installed when I bought it.
The Part # under the dash is : 7L3J-19G367-AA
and the module says:
Remote Start System
2-Way
GEN-2

I think this is the 200 series if what I understand is correct.
The fob died on it (part # 9G1J-15K601-AA)
I found a 6 button fob (7L3J-15K601-AA)
I was happy to find out that it was real easy to program it to start the truck.
It will also lock the truck with the "Lock" Button but it won't unlock it for some reason.
Can I somehow program it so that the "UnLock" button will do what it is supposed to do?
I have found the various manuals on how to program it along with the various option banks but I am not sure if any of those options are what I need.
I am actually no further behind as I had to carry two fobs before and I have to carry two now but it would be nice if I could leave the door fob at home.
Thanks

the system that was installed from the dealer was the two-way system with the two way remote.
I have replaced the two-way remote with the 6-button one though.

There's the problem, you cant use just any fob, you must use one that is compatible with the system you had installed. That or the installer screwed up and didn't wire it correctly.

I don't actually see it as a problem.
The original 2-button remote was flaky from the start sometimes working and sometimes not.

More of a blessing really, now I have a FOB that starts my truck, which is all I thought I was looking for.

So the six button remote is semi-compatible with the 2-way system, no feedback on whether it has started of course.
But it does start the truck and as a bonus locks the doors.
All I am looking to do is see if anyone knows how to program either the remote or the module so that the "Unlock" button on the 6 button remote unlocks the doors.

If the fob locks the doors it should also unlock them unless like I stated previously, or defective fob.
