Ok so I did what you guys said and when I put it in neutral I can't here the noise anymore and I really don't hear it in reverse. As I told the dealer it gets more pronounced as you speed up. Somewhat could this mean please any suggestions

It make me wonder how much spline to spline is contacting sticking out that much and if it isnt much then you could be chewing up your splines which can cause noise and would only happen while it is moving/turning. Also, like 1 other mentioned, put it on rear stands and block the front tight. With the engine off and in neutral rotate the wheels with your hands and see if you hear it. If not put it in park and move jerk the rear wheel back and forth till it engages and see if you hear any slop/banging that sounds like the issue you are hearing. PS, I am a mechanic but an Aircraft 1, lol
Is the tranny mount broken? That would cause a lot of yoke movment and could cause noise because of an extreme driveshaft angle. Would probably also go away in neutral as everything would be unloaded and deiveshaft angle would return to normal.

If it was broken or even real sloppy you would hear and feel a strong thump when shifting in and out of gear as well as the application of power and taking it away. That would be easy to diagnose.

If i were you i would put a jack under the rearend. Like said above. Put it in driver with someone in the drivers seat. I had to do it to my 04 but alls i had was myself lol. Well i just got out and let it go by itself which is dangerous. But hell it fixed my truck. What my problem was a couple bolts fell out of my drive shaft. As stated above im not a big mechanic as im only 16 but thought i could try to help since i was having similar issues with mine. 1 bolt fell all the way out and another was almost out.

Ok so here is an update after taking my truck to the dealership for the 5th time to fix the noise. I used gorilla tape and taped my iPhone to the bottom of my truck to get video of the noise, which proved me wrong the noise is still there when you put the truck in neutral, and it sounds like some type of gear when i slow down to a stop. Also since I'm tired of waisting my time at the dealer and dealing with their lack of caring I called Ford Customer Service. The lady I talked to was shocked by what I told her about the dealerships attitude and the problem with my truck. She told me that she would have the regional rep contact me on Monday to help me resolve my complaint. She also advised me to take my truck back with the video and have them try again since my truck is still under warranty. So I called my service rep at the dealer and here is what he had to say, "we're not going to spend anymore time on trying to figure out the noise on your truck due to the fact ford engineering stated that it seems to be a characteristic of the truck it's self." I then advised him that's when his guys thought it was the rear brakes which now we know its not, so he could not be able to use that excuse. I then asked him what if this was his truck, and thy the customer service people told me to bring the vehicle in with the video. He then told me not to bring my truck in until he talks with his boss first, and told me not to bring my truck into service.

How's that Sh*t! No I guess I wait to see what happens.
