Lost the other part of my message...check the exhaust components (hangars and bushings) for fitment and see that the spare tire is fully seated.

Everything else under the truck is good and secure.

Does anyone have any info on how to loosen the e-brake cable?

Does it make noise all the time or does it intermittently come and go? I would like to think that ford techs would have checked brake cables already...

Does it increase or decrease with speed? Really quick or slow?

It makes noise any time the vehicle is in motion but they have narrowed it down to the rear brake system they tell me they have torn everything apart and ordered all new parts put them on and still makes noise. They did say it didn't make noise at first once they put everything together but once they applied the brakes a couple time the noise came back.

They never said anything about the cables though

The pace of the noise goes along with the speed

The only thing I can think of is either the e-brake cable or a bad caliper assembly (not backing off properly). Sorry man.

So today I crawled under my truck and I found out that my drive shaft is leaking by the transfer case do you think this could account for the schuffeling noise I'm hearing from my truck?

While that will require attention sooner or later (look at the spray on the steel), I don't think that's the cause if they are finding it in the rear, but- anything is possible I guess.
