I just got the scy x5 tuner and I updated and tried to program the tuner and it says update needed.

I did the update wireless from obd port
It says need update when I try to do 3.5 eco

If you have done all the updates, call them and see if your missing something.

Had to update on computer but when I tuned it it start to jerk when it is first gear to second gear
