i've got all the bolts out but I haven't been able to get the headlight assembly out. Other than pulling harder is there some trick I'm missing to get the housing out??

After removing the bolts (3), the entire headlamp assy pulls straight out. Pull it forward ( toward the front of the truck ). There are 2 spring clips ( fit into rectangular holes) that clip into the fender area. You may have to wiggle them out.
