Because I don't trust that they won't fog up, being aftermarket parts. Better safe than sorry.

That's actually a good call, I was thinking the same.

Have at it. Never saw anyone do that to the point where it would be effective and not look like you just smeared silicon all over the seams. But to solve your problem with the lenses getting all crappy, wet and use a clear coat. Real clear with UV protectant, not walmart clearcoat in a rattle can.

Your third set of headlights and now your 4th.... With all that wasted money you could have had a set made from raptorretrofit or one of the other companies that does quality work, and you would have worlds better output that would last..

Here is my d2s retrofit kit I did, less than $300 and a little elbow grease

All these aftermarket headlights come with low quality projectors that don't come close in lighting output compared to OEM or a proper retrofit. The projector they use are not even meant for HID bulbs.

I have the headlights Berty linked. I added some higher watt low beam bulbs and they work surprisingly good.

Anyone have any recommendations on a sealant? Thought about some clear RTV but I dont know if that would be visible, depending on where the seams are.
I'm not sure about a sealant mine never leaked and still don't.

Most condensation issues have to do with the venting of the lights. The factory assemblies have Gortex patches on the back that allows moisture and air to escape but prevents water from re-entering.
