Hey Guys,

Looking to put a set of long tubes on the Platty 6.2L. I've narrowed it down to American Racing Headers (ARH) or StainlessWorks. StainlessWorks' are a little cheaper. Any thoughts or experiences you can share with headers on these trucks, specifically the 6.2L?

I have no experience with 6.2 headers so my input may not be what you're looking for however I can tell you that Stainless Works makes an absolute top notch product. I can also tell you that I am already envious of the way your truck is going to sound lol. Good luck and keep is updated!

Haha....will do man, thanks! I'm thinking of swapping out my Flowmaster 50 Delta Flow....it sounds too "airy" if that makes sense? Low end rumble is good, no drone in the cab...but with the windows down / exterior noise, you hear more of the moving instead of a rumble.

Wink

I've got the complete Stainless Works system on my 6.2 Lariat. The long tube headers, highflow cats with X-pipe and duals with the chambered mufflers. Wow....
