Head unit swap/SYNC NAV unit

Ditto to what others have said on the Kenwood paired with the Idatalink maestro unit. You can maintain all stock sync / steering wheel controls functions, you can even reprogram steering wheel controls to perform different functions if you want. Haven't posted my pics yet but I have just finished installing a Kenwood DNX691 with the maestro RR unit and absolutely love it.

Doesn't make a bit of difference what you have now because you will need a whole new center stack bezel (Metra or Scosche) if you want to go aftermarket.

I am not a fan of that kit, there is one that is coming out that looks decent.

What I hate about the kits that are out (Metra) that keep the upper 4 inch display is that the larger screen would be on the bottom. Way too low for my taste. It just looks like it would be out of place. I've never seen a large screen that far down.
