Default HD Payload Package - Wheels Question

So, my '12 F150 Scab has the Heavy Duty Payload Package. As required, the tires (245/75-17) have to be "E" load rated due to the extra weight. However, I am having a hard time finding aftermarket rims/wheels because of the HD Payload Package. Anyone know why this is?

Supposition would be limited market, low demand.

I have rims as yours, I have a 2013 HDDP. Over the past 7 years when this comes up I think there was only 2 company's that make a 7 lug replacement rim. But any rim maker can make them for you.
It will be tough to find some one who stocks them. Also trying to find stock off the shelf wheel spacers are impossible, just get them made.

FYI, I upsized to 265/70r17. But I have heard people running 275/70r17 on our rims with no level.

245/75r17 and 265/70r17 are the same diameter. Maybe you were talking about width.
