Default Had it with Fedex

Had to send my SCT livewire back for warranty. SCT sends it back when I start holidays do u call FedEx in advance and tell then to redirect the tuner to my work address. After checking the tracking # I see the package was left at my front door at my house. I call FedEx and ask them what the hell? And the claim a new guy was on duty and didn't bother checking the notes that say redirect, and say they will send him out immediately to go retrieve the package and bring it to the proposer destination. ( This is 10:00 in the morning)I get a phone call at 5:00 saying the driver just came from my house and the package is gone. AWESOME!!! I tell them this is their fault and they are responsible for the replacement. Supposed to hear from them in Monday on what's going to happen

I had FedEx deliver a fish replica the other day, and the box looked like it had been through a war zone, and the fin was cracked, FedEx won't take responsibility for it.. I feel your pain

Looks like this happens often, when they brought my Bak g2 retractable tonneau cover the first time, it looked like a slinky, and I had to package it up and take it to a Fed Ex drop before they would send another one. I was hot.

Had this same thing happen a few years ago. Told fedex to drop it at my work (we have a daily drop anyway) and they left it at my front door of my house. My house is on a very busy street. After fighting with fedex for a few days, I called the company I ordered the stuff from and they resent the order and said they would take it up with fedex. Not sure what did happen after that.

FedEx consistently takes my deliveries to the wrong house. And since nobody's there (I'm *HERE*), they take the package back to the depot. They can't tell the difference between a 1 and a 7, even when the address has both digits. I cringe whenever I see vendors shipping via FedEx.

Stick a couple of these labels on it next time lol:

The reason the boxes come so damaged is their ****ty processing system and dumbass employees who wouldn't care about anyone's things. The chinese probably bought em out, its their standard of customer care and service.

I try to avoid venders that use Fed Ex, partly because usually if they ship Fed Ex, its the "green fed ex" which are private contractors..... I have stuff shipped to my wife's work since we both work. Because the green fed ex don't have a "regular" they don't know it's a business and is closed on Saturday. So they try to deliver it saturday, and it goes back to a main distrubution center. UPS seems to understand it's a business that's open m-f cause I never have any issues with them.....
