Grinding noise when turning.

Grinding noise when turning.
So i noticed today that my 2011 Limited has a grinding/rubbing noise when i turn the searing wheel. It is coming from the passenger side and only when I turn the wheel a small amount (1/4 to 1/2 turn). Any idea of what this could be?

Is it a grinding or a rubbing noise? If it sounds like something rubbing together when you turn the wheel spray some wd40 in on your steering components. I've had to do this before on previous vehicles and just added it to my maintenance list. Keep moving parts properly greased or lubricated.
