Does it work like a turbo or a supercharger?

Lol yes it may be weird to you, but it keeps things nice. Apply it now, Clean it off in the spring and the chrome finish doesn't get ruined through the winter. I should grab a photo of one of the local truckers rigs, they grease every bit of chrome on them including the 40 foot aluminium box lol

You can try plastidip rather then greasing them might be easier in the long run...less applications maybe??? I may give it a shot....... Never mind I'm an idiot and was thinking tires...my bad

I wash mine weekly as well as spray if off pretty well every other day. My old truck had a dual exit tip and it was never the same after the first winter. Im thinking my tips on my solo duals are better quailty, but I want to make sure.

I use aerosol silicone on my Chevelle's chrome when I store it for the winter. Only because I don't have a heated garage to keep it in. I use wax and grease remover to take it off in spring. Then use some chrome polish and a coat if wax. Still looks brand new. I know It doesn't get driven through the winter and have all the salt spray on it, but I am going to put it on my rims of my truck this winter and see how well it keeps them from getting all ****ty. Just my input.
