Default Grease of replace? (Control arm bushing)

Truck recently, out of nowhere, started making strange, inconsistent, creaking noises. After some investigation, the sound is coming from the bushing of the right control arm.

It’s not a grind or metal on metal sound. Just like a creaky odd sound.
I heard you should grease it… not sure if that’s right?

That's your lower ball joint and doesn't appear to be greaseable. I don't see the grease zerk on top.

Raise that wheel and push/pull on the tire at the 6 and 12 positions to check for play. If play is there, replace ball joint. Should probably replace the other side as well.

Not greaseable, no zerk fitting.

Now if you have play, replace it. More than likely if it is making noise it on its way out anyways. Please see below.
