Default Got some new lights...

Hey All,

Finally got time to put up some pics. The front end has an N-Fab/Smittybilt Bar with four KC Lights...the set up is (Driving)(Long Range)(Long Range)(Driving). These lights are BRIGHT.

I also hooked up some rear aux/reverse lights. I picked them up from AJUSA, there Rigid Dually Diffused. They work great and are extremely bright. The rear back up camera is actually usable at night now...what a difference. Install was easy, I will post a write-up this week...

I used the switches that came with the KC Lights and the Rigid Duallys..

I'm extremely happy with the setup, the quality of the KC and Rigid lights.

Ok, here's a quick write up regarding the install of the rear aux. reverse lights. If anyone has questions, please post here or PM Me.

Ok, first the lights - Rigid Industries Dually, Diffused Lenses.

Mounting the lights:

I mounted the lights on the rear shackle/frame of the truck. To the right and left of the spare tire there is enough space for these lights, and they do not interfere with anything. I forget the exact size of the bit I last used to drill these, I will update later. I mounted these upside down so the wires ran up towards the bed, which is how I ran the wires. I think this is the best spot, because these are hidden/out of plain view unless you look under the truck. The light output is tremendous. However, these do not project that far, but the immediate area behind your truck is very well lit.

This picture was taken at dusk, not the best shot - but it should give you an idea of the light output.

The lights can be adjusted up and down as well. I installed these for the primary reason to assist with using the back up camera and for towing at night.

I will get better pictures soon and post them up, I do hope this helps.

I wired them to a switch, which can be seen in the first post. Its the red switch that came with the lights.... they are on when I want them/need them to be.
