Let me know how the appointment goes, king nothing. I'll be happy to step in and do what I can to help; just send me a PM with your full name, best daytime phone number, VIN, mileage, and servicing dealership. I'll research ways to assist.

I thought my heat wasnt working one day. I always have it on the auto setting.

Little did i know it doesnt blow air until the truck has some warm air to blow.

I learned the hard way so i thought i would just pass it on.....

Should be going in this afternoon. Waiting for them to have a loaner available. Guy in the service dept said they had another in right now with the same problem. No blower. It was a cold drive to work this morning at-8 degrees

thanks crystal. Dropped it off Thursday afternoon and picked it up Friday with working heat. They said there was what looked like a piece of road salt stuck in the switch. Perfectly acceptable service except having to drive a damn Focus for a day lol

I bet it's the fan speed resistor, it's been a problem for some time now with these trucks. I had the one in my 2011 F-150 replaced at about 18K miles or so.

LOL I feel you man. After driving my new F150 for nearly a month, got into the wife's Jeep Grand Cherokee last night and I thought I was back in the 70's trying to squeeze myself into our Chevy Chevette. Glad you're on the road again.
