Default Getting first set of duallys

So, I'm getting my first set of rigid duallys. Not sure which ones to start with. Deciding between the dually spots or floods, or the D2's. And I'm not sure if I want to mount them on the bumper by the grille. Or in the opening in the bumper (I don't have the ecoboost). Any help would be cool. Just wanna hear your opinions.

Since you don't have the Eco, I think the d2's fastened on the outer sides of the bumper opening would look great. I believe Grant's (Grandpa's Grocery Getter) truck has that setup.

you need a combo for good coverage. I had two dually's in my grill in flood battern and then a 20 inch combo (spot/flood) from Rigid on my roof in my old truck. Was awesome, miss it a lot... damn thieves! also, order a small mini for a back up/blind tailgater light, i loved it.

I'm probably gonna get another set of a different form of duallys late spring. These are just to get me started. My next set will be the long range (if I don't get them first). I do a lot of up north back road night time driving. And is there a way to make the thief proof??

they took my whole truck lol... Also, if it were me, I would just get a bar. Better light for your money and is easier to aim and looks cleaner IMO. What I plan on doing is mounting a 30 inch from okled behind the grill. That reduces the chances of thievery I would say.

I'm gonna get a 40" SR next year for the roof. But I think I might get the D2's to start with. And then the long range duallys to follow close after that. Sorry to hear about your truck tho. I would be pissed

I think I'm going to go with that location. Probably using D2's. Can you get some close up pictures of what you mounted them too? That would be great!! Thanks!

And I think I am going to get those mini rigids for back up lights. You can't see a thing with the stock lights
