Default Generous gesture from a company

I recently became aware of this and thought i would share it here for all to see.

Recently an F150 owner's pregnant wife was admitted to the hospital to treat some health issues. This owner had an SCT tuner with custom tunes. In order to recoup some money to help pay for his wife's medical bills he put the SCT unit up for sale. It was quickly purchased.

A well know company to this site decided to have a free tuner w/ custom tunes giveaway. Well that tuner went to the owner described above. I just thought that was very generous for the company to do. Its things like that that can help lift some spirits.

Oh yeah that company was Southern Speed Inc.

Just wanted to share this story.

Such a heartwarming story.

I cannot believe how ridiculous ssi is.

For anyone that does not know their bull**** tactics and scumbag ways:

Post's on their Forum. For those that don't know, these individuals are the primaries of SSI:

I thought Rodney was getting setup over there as a vendor?

Bitch site or not...there is 4300 active people on that forum right now. That's a WHOLE LOT of candy to be stolen.
**** THEM...you think I would allow me to get stunk like that? no ****n way....this isnt my first rodeo. We are advertising elsewhere on their competitors who welcome that.

Do you think I would ever consider that **** man? really? We are working with their competitor and they can kiss my ****n ***. We win!

Total tool bags. My tuner/engine builder would go to the edge and back to make his customers happy and calls me Sir. I think that SSI won't be in business much longer with bull**** drama like that. Voodoo Racing Innovations is the most professional tuner I've ever dealt with. Murillo Motorsports in San Antonio is also a class act.

It's nice to see the SSI recruitment drive is alive and well indeed. One good deed, however small, can't change the fact SSI has all the customer service skills of the Waffen SS.

When do the bots need to go back to the shed for a recharge?

You troll the forum trying to make SSI look good, kinda like putting lipstick on a pig I guess, and you are shocked when people don't respond positively?

Next time you feel the need to whine about negativity spend a few minutes and look at what the bots from SSI have been doing.

I joined this site to learn a few things, have some fun, share stories, etc...not spend my time poking fun of the SSI trolls.

Off to find someone who can swing the ban hammer. This crap needs to stop.

See that exclamation point under the person's ID? Click that link and start reporting it. Maybe something will be done.

You know what. Mods remove this thread. Aparently people aren't mature enough to appreciate an act of kindness.
