That is true, but if I can get all 4 tires to dig into the ground around 2500 rpms while being hooked to a tree, I don't see a reason to start in second. Obviously there's enough torque to generate enough horsepower even at that rpm to spin all 4 tires in 3rd. Appreciate the input!

With the exception of bad wheelhop these trucks can take it. Hit up my youtube account for my personal experiences. Just wasnt gonna let the eco comment slide lol

I did 2nd low last year stock tires 3.73 gears hit and held 5k or so pulled great but fell on its face at 280' ended up with 296. Had I been in first I'd have hit the redline and pulled better. Personal experience in the ecoboost. 1st gear redlined at 17-2nd was 25 I too thought screw that 17 nonsense and went with 2nd gear. My mistake next time will be first
