Awesome! These bad-boys will be going in my truck.. non-DRL US-spec 2012 platty.

The lights are progressing really well... look how clean and spotless they are! I'm really surprised at how well the adhesive came off the lenses in the oven. I've done a mod similar to this in the past and the adhesive came off really messy-like and uneven. (thus one of many reasons to let somebody else do this mod.. hah)

Just look at that clinically-clean and well organized work bench! That headlight bracket makes perfect sense for ensuring the projectors are level. Good stuff in this thread.... really shows how professional bilinvic is with these retrofits. I can't wait to see the rest of the project!

Thanxs nixx.....

The only reason the permaseal is 99.5% removed is because of my OCD...lol
Will get the second one open and cleaned up this weekend. UPS is suppossed to be delivering the TRS parts on Monday.

My darned real job in the Canadian Navy is getting in the way of this part time hobby/job!!!!!

I too am interested in the pricing. You can send the ones you are doing for the other person in Texas and I can send him my stock lenses as I'm in Texas too.

Im curious on a rough price as well. Id rather spend the money toward these and have the inside painted black rather than shell out the bucks for HD lights and still need to upgrade them! PM me when you get a free chance.

Bilinvic... nice work! Wondering what you would charge to retrofit mine with 55w and 5-6000k hid's, and while they are split apart, paint the chrome surround in Sterling Grey rather than to black?

Great looking truck by the way!
