fumoto valve
little pruduct review on my oil drain valve. i have removed it because it would leak slightly. not sure if it was the threads or the valve itself. wasnt much just enough to notice and it bothered me. great idea, it made oil change simple and clean but may need some work. any others have same issue?

I have used them before without any leaking and thanks for the heads up.
My extended service plan is up soon so I will be installing a Fumoto for doing my own changes. I will put a little teflon tape on the threads for what is a one time installation.

Common sense would dictate weather or not you would choose to use one if you're venturing onto terrain that could possibly rip it off. Also it would depend on the location of the drain valve.
If I was running ground that had the potential to rip things off the bottom of my truck I'd be running skid plates.
