Default Fuel venting issue?

I've noticed that right when I fill up my tank every time the truck kind of starts and stalls or the starter sticks. So I have to turn the key off and try it again. Same with remote start. However anything less that 1/2 or 1/4 tank and the truck starts perfectly every time. My fuel pump fuse did blow like 10k miles ago. I put in the same size fuse but taller and its been fine. Any ideas? I do have the easy capless fill tank.

Question

When filling the tank, how many times have you pumped more gas in -AFTER- the nozzel clicked-off?

I'll try it again soon. I don't think I do do that. Recently this week filled to like 7/8s and still did the same thing I believe. I'll test later on this week to be sure. I appreciate the input.

You should do the fuse relocation. But that isn't the problem. It is probably something in the evap system or the fuel pump itself.

The purge solenoid is probably not closing. Because of this, as you fill the tank the intake manifold gets pushed full of gas vapor and the engine becomes effectively flooded. I recently went through this with my '13. A new purge solenoid immediately and completely fixed the problem.

Once the evap' canister is saturated (from over filling) macht nichts how full you fill it afterwards.

Grab one of these

And one of these - do not skip the fuse relocate, especially as you've already had a problem with that.

I'll definitely replace the purge solenoid and do the fuse relocation too. Appreciate you guys. I'll report back after.
