This sounds like a pretty sweet idea, just out of curiosity, what screen would you hook this up to if you dont have the MFT screen?

Agreed but I have not seen any better priced options for as "factory" of a solution as this.

I have also not yet faced any situations that I thought would justify paying this much to have the functionality.

Well, look up how much the Lockpick costs on it's own.

The wiring doesn't look too bad, but requires the camera switcher module that is mounted under the hood. The rear and front camera runs to that, which has one output to the MFT. There's is also 2 wires that need to go from the BCM to the switcher module.

I am also pretty sure that there would need to be something enabled in the BCM to communicate with the switcher module. I'm going to compare the AsBuilt data from a few Raptors to see if there are any obvious bits that could be changed to enable that communication.

Interesting project, but as others have said, it's kind of pricey to just test and see if it'll work. I may pick up the parts here and there and work on it this winter.
