Here is a photo of the bar I was trying to find to show you how he had the mounts done.

Not sure if it would work on the new body styles or not. I am getting under mine in the am to check it out.

That thing looks like crap! You hit a branch it would crumble. Lol. Anyways, I have tomorrow off unless they call me in if there is a major welding issue. So I plan on working on my bar tomorrow. Only thing I wish I had was a tube notcher.

Very easy if you look in the hole of the front bumper there are 2 very large holes. I still need to add two more bolts but kinda don't want to drill two holes in my truck.

Nice. If you decide to build a couple I'd definitely buy one! Looks great! Just needs to be powder coated black it looks like

Ya i need to figure out a way to build them faster, maybe make a jig and actually buy a tube bender. I have about 5 hours in this one. And yes it still needs paint, but I'm not quite done yet. Still need to add light mounts if I want.

Looks nice, but a fair amount work vs. the $120 Smittybilt (aka NFab) light bar.

I agree the front-facing tabs on the Nfab, as well as the tab spacing, isn't perfect. I was thinking about cutting off the two outermost Nfab tabs and re-welding them exactly where I want them facing rearward.
