Just thought i would share the front light bar I'm building. Any input will be great. Way more pics to come later on when I get more time to work on it.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do. Maybe 4 KC lights or a single led light bar. I know the led is very expensive and if i hit a dear or get in a wreck well I'm out a lot of money if I go led. So most likely will go slim walmart lights lol.

Question, where did you get your pipe from to make the bar?

Alot of places. When I lived in Michigan I got it at a place called lape steel but they went out of business so I got a crap ton of steel for cheap. But now living in Kansas city I go to metal by the foot. I've also purchased steel at alro but they were very expensive and a pain in the butt.

I'd like to do something similar if my next truck is another FX4.

I'd like it to hug the curve of the front of the truck like your doing, and fix it up with some rigid E-series LED's

Ya I'm trying my best to follow the curve of the front bumper but it's kinda hard with just a HF pipe bender. Im thinking of going out to purchase a tube roller next week and maybe build a few to sell.

If you build a few to sell and use 2" pipe.... I would consider buying one if the price were right and you make the light mounts on the backside. I am looking to mount 4 Hella 700's on a light bar, but the KC is the only one with backside light mounts. KC is in love with their lightbar and I refuse to pay that much for just a bar.
