I'm using about a 1.75"x 1/4" wall tubing which is all I had but it's working out. Next one will be 2" with 120" wall tubing. Ya and light mounts will be mounted to the backside closer to the grill. Oh btw this will only be for ecoboost owners if I build a couple and sell them.
