Default Front end grinding

So, truck got a 2" spacer level 1 week ago. Everything was fine until last night, I was driving home on a rough section of road, and all of a sudden I hear a sort of grinding coming from the front end ( I've read up on the IWE problems before I had the kit installed) so I put the truck into 4wd and the grinding immediately stopped. I took it back out of 4wd and it didn't make the noise until I was almost home. Again, I put it in 4wd and it stopped making the grinding noise. Fast forward to this morning, I took the truck out and drove on a rough back road slowly with the windows down trying to see if I could get it to make the noise again. It did, and sounds like it's coming from the front passenger side.

I'm calling the shop who installed it and going to see if he can pull everything apart to do a check on that side IWE actuator. Seems pretty easy to do? Anythig else he should check?

It's just weird it just now happened a week later, and a rough section of road would cause it? Btw truck is a 14 EcoBoost
