Does anyone know the secret to removing the front Ford emblem? I have 2010 FX4 and my Ford emblem looks like hell; its completed delaminated. I want to order a new one but the other day I took a shot at removing the OEM Ford oval and its really on there. I don't even think it budged.

What's the trick?

 

Did you take the 2 nuts off the back?

 

Yep are there teeth on the inside of the emblem that "bite" into the plastic surround? Or double sided tape or glue or purple sticky stuff (biodome reference)?
