Permatex 81182 is similar in consistency as most other RTVs. More than toothpaste but easy to squeeze out and not concrete. Picture above looks like a different product?

That's the exact stuff I used. Bought it off Amazon and was wondering if I got some that was sitting on the shelf for years.

Might contact Permatex before redoing all that work. If it cured and stuck well I suspect it’s OK.
