Were Sync Services available to you right when you got the truck? I picked up my F-150 five days ago. We set up the Sync account at the dealership and everything works great except Sync Services isn't activated and when I try to activate it on the web site it wants me to pay $60. Anybody else had this happen?

Services is free for the first 3 years, BUT if I remember correctly, each year you have to renew your free "service".
I am not sure how this will be done, I've only had my truck for 4 months. I will definitely renew. I use the directions a lot. I also have a GPS but use the services anytime I am driving and want to change where I am going on the fly without stopping.
