Were Sync Services available to you right when you got the truck? I picked up my F-150 five days ago. We set up the Sync account at the dealership and everything works great except Sync Services isn't activated and when I try to activate it on the web site it wants me to pay $60. Anybody else had this happen?

It should be free for 3 years. Are you activating it at syncmyride.com?

I am not sure how this will be done, I've only had my truck for 4 months. I will definitely renew. I use the directions a lot. I also have a GPS but use the services anytime I am driving and want to change where I am going on the fly without stopping.
Yes, you have to renew every year. You just go to syncmyride.com and renew it there.

It's such a joke that we don't get sync services in Canada.
