You said that right! I think the dealership went the extra mile. Truck is running smooth and smiling ear to ear each time I turn the key. It amazes me the power this engine has.

Now I am trying to figure out what type of bed liner to install or have sprayed. Anyone have ideas? Also thanks again so much for all of the responses from each of you!

Glad everything has worked out for you.

Having had both types,my personal preference is a spray in type. I have the Line X type now and think it is great.

Depends on how you use it. I went with the Duraliner. Hard sides protect the sides from denting, thick rubber floor also protects and keeps stuff from sliding, which works well for the stuff I tend to carry, like furniture, and boxes of stuff. Before deciding I talked to many people who actually had spray-in liners, and I can say if I had decided on a spray-in, it would have been a Line-X. People I saw that especially liked the Line-X were carrying equipment, motorcycles, landscaping materials and the like.

It also occured to me that for whatever reason of your mistake, the dealer response was remarkably positive. Perhaps you can share with us who the dealer was?

I would like to have a spray in bed liner done but cannot find an installer within 80 miles.
How long will they need my truck to to this?

Thanks,
Joe

Yup, in '06 I drove my brand new truck straight to Line-X. 90 minutes later I was rolling out.
I would give the liner some time cure before actively using the box, but it should be weather proof from the get to. The liner guys will fill you in on specifics.
