Hello world! Str8 to the point. I just purchased and installed A fold a cover with the personal caddy and installed. After a pain in the butt it looks and works great. Today I just got a good bit of rain on it and went out to check it. With the tailgate seal and all rubbers installed it didn't leak a drip........except. both of the latch handle housings👎 this is a huge problem Considering one of the housings sit directly above the caddy which got water in it. Fold a cover is closed for the weekend so I can't call until monday so I wanted to see if anyone has had the same problem at all. Thanks for reading!

 

If you left them a message over the weekend they are very good about getting back to their customers. If you were not available to answer your phone during their office hours (8AM - 5PM Eastern Time) then the best course of action would be to submit a Technical Support form through their website: http://www.foldacover.com/support
