I would check all the 15amps just to be sure. It sounds like a fuse issue cause the only 2 things that run on that fuse are the 2 things not working.

Okay so somehow a 2010 manual ended up in my 2011...... thanks rymax!!!!! it was fuse 47 and a new fuse did the trick!
