Default Fender flares

What brand do you recommend? I see bushwhacked, smittybuilt, and I found one called PSI auto styling for around $220. Anybody recommend the psi brand. They are cheap price but are they good quality or is there another brand you recommend? I like the riveted style look.

I googled PSI fender flares and this is one of the first threads to pop up. The PSI site is pretty ghetto.

I contemplated PSI, but I ended up going with Tyger from Amazon. Bushwacker seriously charges way too much. Especially when you factor in a possible PTM job adding $300-$450 on top of the cost of the flates.

The fit isn't perfect, which honestly seems to be a risk with any brand you choose. But I am not upset enough about it that I wish I paid an additional $300 for Bushwacker.

Note that these are the larger coverage versions. So unless you have a few inches of lift and wide/offset tires, it will look weird. To Bushwacker's credit, they at least offer 2 versions of their flares with a smaller coverage model being one of them.

I have the PSI ones on my truck and get nothing but compliments. No weird gaps or anything like the guy in the link mentioned. He must have been shipped the wrong ones.

You can see the gaps in my Amazon review there. I was sent the right ones for my truck. The gaps are under neath the front tire, so they at least aren't blatantly obvious. A friend installed who has Bushwackers on his Titan installed them for me. He actually liked mine a little more, but felt Bushwacker had the better quality black gasket stripping.

Trying to find feedback on any brand other Bushwacker is next to impossible so it is a gamble.

Now I just wish I had a 4'' lift kit instead of level to make it look even better. :P

Oh I didn't realize that was YOUR review of them. Weird that you had gaps. My take on these "pocket style" fender flares is that you need some beefy tires under them or they'll just make the tires/wheels look even smaller. Once I got some 35s on there I think it looks perfect.

To this day I still think you have one of the coolest F-150's on this forum.. I have yet to see one like that. Do you have a "Build" Thread? If not you should make one I would love to know your exact part by part build.

Yup. My 34s look good. Now I just wish the truck was even taller!

Your truck looks great. I would love to pull off the color+black look. You should sell it to a recruiting office.
