Clearly painting them makes all the difference. What brand are they? How wide are they, 2.5/3"?
Its a little more flare then I need, but the money you are saving in future paint repair make them worth everything you payed for them now.

Your truck looks like you needed that much flare. I only have about an inch of tread sticking out in the front and a half inch in the back. So something a little more then factory OEM would be what I need.
I thought pocket flares showed the screw/bolt in "pockets" on the outside of the fender flare. I don't see that on yours. Am I missing somthing?
From the side you can't really tell you have flares. Thats just what I'm looking for.
And, how do they connect?

There is 2 styles that bushwacker has. One style like mine and another a little bit wider that have the bolt/screw in look. And as far as attachment mine came with the plastic rivets that connect on the underside of the fender to most of the factory holes. On the front i had to drill a small hole and the rears just had to enlarge a couple of the factory holes to get them to fit. Hardest part was getting factory flares off. A pain to get off but in the end im very happy.
