Default F150 ecoboost engine knock?

Taking truck in this week for this knocking. You can really hear it at the 20 second point to about the 35 second point in the video.

Can't really hear it when truck is cold, only when it has been up to temp for a while.

This is with the truck in gear idling, parking break on.

I'll update after the appointment.
We'll see if they say "it's normal" or not. I automatically jump to wrist pin, piston sleeve or barring

Sounds like mechanical fuel pump, since you are on the drivers side.

what is the steel braided hose for?

Forgot to mention I also I pulled plugs one by one with engine running, when I got to cylinder #3 the knocking basically went away.

I'll have to look and see which hose you're referring to. All my hoses are oem factory though. Maybe you're referring to the one that is wrapped in that aluminum looking insulation stuff?

F150 ecoboost faint knocking - YouTube
I'm assuming your talking about that thumping, or whumping noise. That doesn't sound like a typical engine knock to me. It's not even a knocking noise, but maybe the sound on the video doesn't do it justice.
