Default flowmaster super 44

ask your installer how many times the magnaflow has come back with broken necks...

bought mine new on 7/21 and drive right to the muffler shop, had cat back flowmaster super 44's put on...

way better thatn magna..blah...
borla, way over priced for the same sound as flowmaster, + borla does squat for towing temps.

I know this is my first post... yes ive read all 100+ pages of posts here... i think this topic had over 20 threads... wow.

so the answer you are looking for is this:

flowmaster 40 or super 44
borla
magna flow

all good sounding pipes, which one to choose? ford? chevy? craftman? matco? Mounds or almond joy...

in the end, what sound do you like??? to IMO nothing sounds that a flowmaster on a solid V8...

but then again, nothing beats a borla on a Vet either.....

Wow! That's a little pricey imo. I got my whole dual system with big *** slant tips for only $280!

My vote is for the Magnaflow. I had mine installed by a local shop for $360 and it sounds awesome.

But can you unbolt it and go back to stock without welding anything? I could have gotten a muffler and tips installed around here for in the $200's but I want the ability to just unbolt it and put the stock system back on at anytime if I need to.
Plus, Mandrel bent lifetime warranty stainless steel > crush bent aluminized steel

why would you need to be taking your exhaust on and off? That makes no sense

Might want to put it back to stock before a guy sells it possibly. That and the above picture would be the only reasons I could think of.

I've always found the ability to take something off your truck in the driveway without a sawzall to be a good thing. That, and the aftermarket systems I've had always look cosmetically better than those done by a muffler shop.
