DRL's from headlights to ambers

It is done in the computer, was on my '11 and '13. The '11 was the headlights, '13 the amber turn signals.

For 2011 and 2012, dealer can change the DRL from low beams to high beams with the IDS computer, but there is no option for amber beams. In 2013, when you put the option "HID" with the IDS witch is not available for MY2011-2012, it automatically change the DRL to amber light. No computer change are available for MY 2011 and 2012 to DRL on amber light.

I did the switch to the high beam DRL in my 2012 because of my retrofit, but it didn't work properly, the solenoid in the projector always try to activate but not enough volt to do it. So I disable completely the DRL (with IDS) and put another relays to have DRL hard wire to the amber light. So if you want to do it, you need to find a dealer who want to disable the DRL and install another relay for the amber light.

So just to be sure as I am going in on friday, with the standard lights if the dealer enables HID mode it will change drl from low beam to flashers?
